Delivery Service

Daily deliveries are available between 11am - 6pm, Monday - Friday.
Delivery service excludes the following places: Tuas / Jurong Islands / Changi Airport / Army Camps / PSA Ports
Same day delivery applies to orders confirmed before 12pm each day.

Delivery Charges and Timings

Free local delivery is available with minimum purchase of S$49. *Specific delivery timings are not applicable for our daily flower bundles.
There will be an additional charge of $18 for delivery services on weekends and public holidays.
There will be an additional charge of $15 for timings before 11am and after 6pm.
For all orders, we seek your understanding that for any redelivery request, there will be an additional charge of $15.
For all orders (excluding Bundle Of The Day and Preorder Bundle), you may choose from the following delivery timings: 11am -1pm / 1pm - 3pm / 3pm – 6pm, Monday - Friday. Should you require a specific delivery beyond the above stipulated timings, an additional charge of $15 applies.

Self-Collection

You may collect your order at our studio in Taiseng, after your payment has been verified, between 11am - 6pm, Monday-Friday. Full address will be stated upon checkout. Kindly inform us at +65 91189202 for any last minute changes in self-collection timings.

Cancellation

We do not accept any cancellation of order after the payment is verified. However, if you would like to postpone the delivery of your order, please contact us directly at +65 91189202 at least 1 full working day in advance of the original delivery date.

Postponement/Amendment

For any postponement or amendment of orders, please contact us directly at +65 91189202 at least 1 full working day in advance of the original delivery date.

Returns

We do not accept returns and/or exchanges unless we have sent the wrong order to you.
For any discrepancies in quality or order, please contact us immediately for resolution.
Floraison Studio reserves the right to cancel, refund or exchange any order at its sole discretion.
